4. ½ cup orange juice

How to prepare the Salad:

1. The first step is to drain the pears. The orange juice has to be spread on the saucepan and honey shall be added in it. Some mint leaves can also be sprinkled on top and berries+ orange pieces should follow. You have to keep heating the pan on medium low heat for 10 minutes.

7. ½ tsp ground cinnamon*

How to prepare it:

1. The first step is again to drain the pears and putting the orange juice into the saucepan. The cinnamon and orange zest shall be added later along with pears, berries and orange pieces. Heat it for 10 minutes.

2. After heating the salad, you can serve it into an individual dish.

How to Prepare the Salad:

1. The first step is to drain the pears and pour the orange juice in the pan. You have to add ginger and lime juice to it along with the lime zest. Add pears, berries and orange pieces in the second run and heat the mixture for 10 minutes.
