HTC DESIRE 600 Review: Release in June
The HTC Desire 600 is one of the few phones looked upon by many across the globe, its packed with a range of features, which will make anyone fall in love with it. The phone hasn’t been released just yet, the phone would be available in most of the countries by June 2013 and it may take some more time in other countries such as India. HTC had released Desire, the previous version of the phone which went on to become a very successful product. The official announcement also said the phone would run Sense 5.0. Although the price hasn’t been finalised yet, it would be close to around 360 USD and that is around Rs 20,000.
HTC Desire 600 situates a 4.5-inch Super LCD2 display and will provide 960 x 540 qHD resolution. The smartphone also includes two BoomSound speakers just like the HTC One, and you’d surely be enjoying all your music on this yet to release phone. The HTC Desire 600 will also include Beats Audio for really clear music, with the Beats Audio you’d be able to hear each and every beat.
The phone would run Android Jelly Bean with the new Sense 5 UI. The phone also features a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 1.2 GHz quad-core processor for really smooth performance. It also includes 1 GB of RAM.
The HTC Desire 600 is a dual SIM phone and would support two active SIM cards at a time, so you can receive a call on one, even if you are on a call on the other SIM card.
When it comes to graphics, the HTC Desire packs an Adreno 203 GPU which will enable you to play some really great games. There would be about 8 GB of internal storage with an option of expanding it via microSD card, 8 GB of storage is good enough if you’re not a total music or app freak, if you think the internal storage is restricting just go and buy a microSD card.
Camera is fairly good in this phone, there is an 8 Megapixel rear facing camera which can shoot 720p videos, and its paired with a 1.6 MP front facing camera. The video highlight feature combines all the photos into 30 second video clips, which is something nice. Although the 8 MP rear facing camera is becoming very common in phones in this range, this phone’s camera is bound to have some more features packed into it. This Dual SIM phone will have HTC Zoe and HTC Blinkfeed on it, Zoe is a unique shooting mode available for some of the HTC phones.
The HTC Desire has all the other standard connectivity options such as 3G with HSDPA, GPS, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi.
There have been a lot of debate over this phone and the first looks seem to be extremely brilliant, and we can’t wait to get our hands on this super phone that is due to be launched in June 2013.
